Welcome to www.taxedincyprus.com (doing business as TaxedInCyprus) ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Our Services

TaxedInCyprus specializes in providing relocation services and company registration in Cyprus. Our services include company incorporation, post-incorporation administrative procedures (Tax Registration, UBO Registration, VAT Registration), Registered Office Address, Bank Account Opening Assistance, Social Insurance, Healthcare Registration, Immigration Procedures for EU citizens, Non-Domicile Application, Rental Agreements. These services are provided in partnership with EasyCorporate and other service providers. The specific services provided will be as outlined in your service agreement and must be explicitly ordered and agreed upon. Any services not specifically ordered are not included.

2. Right to Refuse Services

TaxedInCyprus reserves the right to refuse service to any Client at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason or explanation.

3. Legal Advice Disclaimer

The information provided by TaxedInCyprus is not legal advice. It is the Client’s responsibility to seek appropriate legal and tax advice for their specific situation. We cannot be held liable for any legal consequences resulting from the Client's failure to obtain proper advice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to TaxedInCyprus. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. User Representations

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities. This includes unauthorized data retrieval, deceptive practices, and the uploading of harmful materials.

7. Anti-Money Laundering and Due Diligence

The Client must provide all necessary information to comply with anti-money laundering laws. This includes accurate personal information and documents. The Client must also promptly inform us of any changes in ownership or business activities.

8. Payment Terms and Fees

The Client agrees to pay all fees for our Services as outlined on our website. Payment is due in Euros, and services commence only after receipt of full payment. Governmental fees are included in the pricing plans. However, any additional services not outlined in the pricing plans will incur extra charges.

9. Communication

Communication between you and TaxedInCyprus may be conducted via email, or phone. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to your contact details.

10. Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. This includes collecting, storing, and using your data for the purpose of providing our Services. You have the right to withdraw consent, but this does not affect prior processing.

11. Liability

TaxedInCyprus is not liable for any damages resulting from errors or omissions except in cases of gross negligence or fraud. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or failures of our service partners. You are responsible for any damages resulting from the use of external services or communication failures.

12. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as government agencies or banks. The provided timeframes are indicative and subject to external processing times.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of our Services. We may terminate your access at our discretion and for any reason. If you breach these Terms or applicable laws, we may terminate our Services with immediate effect.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

- Within 3 Days: If you choose to cancel your order within three days of payment, you will receive a refund minus €40 for government fees (name approval) and €300 for services already rendered.
- After 3 Days but Before 14 Days: Should you decide to cancel after the initial three days but before the end of 14 days from payment, your refund will be reduced by €570 for court fees and other government fees, plus €830 for services already rendered, which includes all preparatory work, documentation, and administrative tasks up to the point of cancellation.
- After 14 Days: Due to the immediate commencement of services and payment of governmental fees, no refunds will be available after 14 days from the date of payment.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to complete.
- Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. If there's a failure in service delivery or other issues not covered by this immediate service commencement, additional remedies might apply.
- Transparency: We will inform you about this policy before proceeding, ensuring you are fully aware of the implications of cancellation on fees, especially after the three-day period.

15. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or remove content from our Services without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such modifications or interruptions.

16. Future Services

We may promote future services that are not currently part of our offerings. The presence of these services on our site does not imply inclusion or extension of current services. Future services will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.

18. Assignment

We may engage subcontractors, including EasyCorporate and other service providers, to perform our services. Any assignment of rights and obligations requires our explicit written consent.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxedInCyprus regarding the use of our Services. Any previous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by these Terms.

21. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
